Very professional removing my stiches

Emily was professional and fast answered all my questions
Recently had shoulder surgery. Was unable to see Dr Keith Segalman, my surgeon as he was in surgery that day. The PA-C stepped in to see me. She was quiet, kind and answered my questions. Very gentle in taking out my stitches. She is a great addition to the practice.
Emily was very pleasant. She told me what I need to do moving forward. The appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. However, there was an error in scheduling this follow up appt and I ended up having to go twice.
