I was pleased with the pre-op staff. They were professional and informative, while being considerate of my anxiety around having LASIK. Medical staff appeared competent and comfortable in their work environment. There was a duration of time between my arrival at the office and my procedure, although I was previously informed to expect to be at the office for several hours on procedure day and did not feel as if I was waiting too long. I received my surgery for Lasik earlier this week. The doctors were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and easing all of my concerns. The day of the procedure, I was extremely anxious. The consultation before the procedure was extremely helpful, and made me feel much more confident moving forward. While in surgery, the doctors made me feel very comfortable by providing a blanket and stuffed animal, they even asked me questions to distract me during the procedure! 3 days post op and i am already feel much more... read more
