Facility is very clean and the customer service is exceptional. Very detailed and great communication
I was seen on time. Dr. Nangle is very professional as is her support staff.
This was my first experience here and I will NEVER go back. 10/10 do not recommend. I waited over an hour in a random room with dilated eyes and nobody came. I had to request items just to make sure they didn't forget they put me back there, still is no doctor Nangle. She's terrible, customer service TRASH! I never felt so disrespected in my life. From the entrance to the exit - efficiency, kindness and professionalism were abundant. Since we’re not tied to a specific Dr we were scheduled with Dr Nagle. So kind and helpful in regards to my contact prescription. She provided her email for any questions as well as scheduled a follow-up meeting to ensure my script was accurate
