I have been going to see Lynn since around 2019, faithfully every 2-3weeks. No one, and I mean no one matches the quality of her work. The place is so friendly and inviting, the appointment scheduling online is a HUGE plus for me. I love going and seeing everyone, they are so kind and thoughtful. Lynn feels like a part of my family, and I always leave feeling refreshed, pampered…. The previous owner, Emily, had been doing my nails for approximately 6 years. Upon selling the salon she suggested, and booked, me with Lynn. I saw Lynn today to craft my standard pink and white. She did a fantastic job and I am so thrilled! The transition has been seamless. The new owner, Chloe is professional, along with friendly, and I find is a great choice to take over what Emily worked so hard to achieve. I look forward to great service for years to come! I was looking forward to visiting Emily’s Nails after a friend’s recommendation who also wanted to try it out, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. The technician was very rough, and my cuticles were cut back so aggressively that they bled for most of the appointment. Although she did apologize, the final result was disappointing—my nails are sticky, cloudy, and uneven.
I’ve been going to Emily’s every 3-4 weeks for about 2 years for dip manicures. Before that, I was a nail salon hopper for even longer. I rarely, if ever, went to the same place more than twice. But I was hooked by my third visit to Emily’s- the atmosphere, the consistency, the level of service, friendliness, and cleanliness… there really aren’t many places that even come close to comparing in the Denver metro area (trust me, I’ve probably tried most of them!).
