I had a HORRIBLE experience before even meeting her . I arrive about 10 minutes late after arrival and was told I will have to reschedule . I have been waiting for MONTHS. I am SORRY there is traffic . I am SORRY that I had to get my child ready while also working since they had to stay home sick they were not well . 10 minutes without a call for me to not waste my gas .
