Dr. Emily Isaacs retired - I got a letter from her and it gave me a few days notice of her retirement. There was not anyone that answered her phones to help me find another doctor. I felt abandoned. I was a patient of Dr. Isaacs for nearly 10 years. Her experience is vast, as is her compassion. Dr.Isaacs has been indispensible in treating my RA. While her office was located on 9th Avenue, it was easy to reach anyone on her staff for most any reason. Since their move to Clear Fork, their office has a complete disaster. Most of her senior staff have since turned over. One example - I tried to reach them by phone for a week, yes, a week and never reached anyone on her staff. I love Dr Isaacs and her staff. I'll admit the first few visits when I was new weren't great, but the last 14 years have been great. I rarely have to wait long to see her although I try to always get a morning appointment, she's friendly, and listens. Her staff is also very responsive.
Dr. Issacs office has no direct line to make an appointment. Receptionist attitude was terrible and the receptionist stated to me that my schedule wouldn't work for Dr. Issacs and you need to get another doctor.
