I was a patient of Dr. Leon-Rodriguez for two years. Unfortunately, she was consistently late to appointments — sometimes I waited up to two hours in the waiting room. When she finally arrived, there was no apology. Instead, I was told, “You’re not the only patient here.” I understand that medical offices can run behind, but repeated long delays without acknowledgment or courtesy were frustrating and disrespectful of patients’ time. I have since switched doctors and am much happier with my current provider.

Dr Leon was absolutely fantastic with my mom and took her time with her and actually checked every aspect of her physical body and medical history. She understood my concerns when it came to medication and various things. Highly recommend.
