I'd like to give Dr. Ledonne some sort of review but I can't as the Telemedicine Appointment they booked for my child was an absolute fail. The passcode they provided didn't work and after finally getting someone on the phone after navigating their automated system they couldn't fix the problem. She then pulled the old hot potato trick to get this off her plate and told me someone would be calling me back. Of course, nobody did.
