Emily did a great job helping us find our condo in Summit County. She was very patient as we explored options and was knowledgeable about issues like HOA concerns, restrictions on short term rentals, and advantages/disadvantages of each area. She was super organized and responsive. She helped us make a fair offer and guided through negotiations all the way to the closing. She was great to work with and always positive.
