I have been a patient of Dr. Kuo’s for about a year. Dr. Kuo and the staff at MDVIP are excellent! Lots of attention, thorough exams and labs and easy to schedule a sick appointment. Dr. Kuo listens and thoroughly explains her assessments. Definitely worth the annual membership fee.

The receptionist is rude as heck and stuck up when she doesn’t have a leg to stand on. She said something I didn’t understand when I made her explain for the third time she was just rude and told me to change my doctor. I mean my god I’ve never heard a worse receptionist. I work for marketing for medical and I recommend she be fired. Fire.
