The receptionist is rude as heck and stuck up when she doesn’t have a leg to stand on. She said something I didn’t understand when I made her explain for the third time she was just rude and told me to change my doctor. I mean my god I’ve never heard a worse receptionist. I work for marketing for medical and I recommend she be fired. Fire.
Good and knowledgeable. Takes the time to listen. Doesn't really offer much beyond a standard doctor and charges you for each session even after paying for a yearly membership of over $2k. I'm personally not getting anything beyond self care and not even finishing or filtering through the advertised wellness plan of MDVIP. Dr. Kuo is a refreshing change and hands down the most compassionate doctor I have ever encountered. After moving from another state, I felt completely lost when it came to navigating my healthcare. That all changed when I found Dr. Kuo. She has been incredibly helpful in guiding me through the complexities of finding specialists and ensuring I receive the care I need. Her staff is equally amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I truly feel cared for and supported here. Highly recommend!
