Where do I start, we had an offer come in for a sale with a VERY short turnaround and then a private purchase for our new home. There is no way we could have made it all happen without Emily. As soon we retained her the process became stress free and her service was seamless. I can’t recommend enough for real estate. We closed in an approximate 2-3 week period :)
We have used Emily for two stressful real estate transactions and she was incredible! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure everything went smoothly and there were no surprises. We've recommended Emily to everyone we know looking for a lawyer and will be using her services in the future!
Very good experience.
Emily is nothing short of amazing. I needed her to help me buy a property. I was working on a short closing time and she pulled everything together. She even found issues with permits i didn't even think of and totally protected me. If you want a lawyer who turns over ever rock, Emily is it. I will be going to Emily for all my legal needs.
Emily has handled our personal matters and real estate clientele fwith ultimate attention to detail. She is most informative & communicative, and a true pleasure to work with!
