Very helpful agent for first-time home buyers. Emily was great to work with as a FTHB. She patiently explained things to us, answered questions, and guided us through the process. She helped navigate through each obstacle with her connections and market knowledge and made the process less stressful.
Emily assisted with the purchase of our home last October. All I have to say is make sure that everything that is written has receipts. If the seller says they did something - make her show proof. Do not fall for purchasing of the home warranty because that is a scam in its self. They had it fixed enough to pass inspection!!! Move furniture for her hiding issues. Had to replace roof, doors, all the appliances, water leaking in sinks, water heater, HVAC system has been worked on 4 times since October. Still trying to figure o... read more
