Experience was not great. Office, Nicole, & Emily did not take accountability & shift the blame on me. First came the blame against the pharmacy then I was blamed for not picking up a prescription within a timely manner. However, I was within the 7 day window picking up on day 5. There was an issue with the pharmacy & this office but I was never informed they close early on Fridays. My suggestion would be to the process & appointments documented before starting the accutane process.
