I have been going to Dr. Schaefer for the past few years and have nothing but great things to say. The office staff is very coordinated and appointment scheduling is very easy. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. Anyone who I’ve met who works at this office is welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I enjoy that even though I get a bit nervous having dental procedures done, like a cavity filling, Dr. Schaefer has a calm voice and presence, and there’s always smooth collaboration between her and her colleagues

Since coming to this office, my oral health has never been better. I have lived in several different states, and Dr. Emily and her staff are by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. They are kind and incredibly professional. They see you within minutes of signing in and the patient experience is superb. They walk you through everything they're about to do and are very gentle with their work. I can't say enough good things about this practice so I'll just keep recommending them to all my friends and family!

This is the best dentist office in Buffalo. She is incredibly thorough, the staff are wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Schaefer and her team only get 5 stars because they won't let me give them 6! I broke a tooth and had an extensive overseas trip in a few days. They worked me in, did a fantastic job on the tooth, and were super professional throughout. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.
