She is always very attentive and listens to me. She has always provided me sound advice and I appreciate her honest nature.
My experience with this provider was extremely disappointing. I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of genuine concern. When I raised valid questions and concerns, they were brushed aside instead of addressed respectfully or thoroughly. I left feeling unheard, unsupported, and with a deep loss of trust in the care provided. In my opinion, this level of disregard for a patient’s concerns is unacceptable.
Not very pleased with her at all. This was my first time appoint after having a baby. This was my first time at this location and the parking was very confusing and inconvenient. I left my home 20 Minutes early to make it to my appointment early. I did an early check in as well and called the office way before my 10 minute grace period to let them know to let her know that I was here, just having a hard time finding parking.
