It’s never fun going to a colo-rectal appointment, but Dr Huang made it easy. She explains what she is going to do before she does it. She is gentle. The nurses in her office also made me feel at ease. All in all a great experience.
My nurse who prepared Meg the procedure was outstanding. The lady who tried to puta IV in my right arm failed twice. Her attitude was less than professional. She was rude. Her heavy hand and miss attempted left my arm very bruised . The nurse quickly and successfully completed the job in less than a minute. No pain, no bruise! That is a true example of top care. Outside of the bad experience with getting an IV started, everything else was good.
