Anyone who needs to do their Estate Planning, I highly recommend: Emily Hicks, Attorney. She has prepared an easy to navigate binder which contains: Living Trust, Last Will and Testament, Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Directives. We met with her 2 weeks ago and 2 weeks later we signed off on everything. Doing this keeps your assets out of probate and reminds you to add beneficiary info to your investments and bank accounts.
