Excellent customer service. Nurses and Emily were excellent. I feel comfortable with Emily and feel I could ask her anything without being rushed.
The communications between patient, doctor, and staff is horrendous. 1 star if highly inflated. I had to make several phone calls concerning sending a prescription to my Canadian pharmacy before finally getting that straight. NOW I'm trying to complete "MyMedicalLocker" registration with that agent not returning my phone calls or inquiries via email. ACROSS the organization, phone calls are not answered and inquiries are not met. Once I got so frustrated I had to physically go to the office to get it done.
I've been seeing Emily Haile for a while now - since the original doctor I was seeing left the practice. She is every professional and has great bedside manners. She explains all of the info she has so that I can understand it. I would recommend her and this clinic to anyone who needs a Urologist.
My medical treatment experience with PA Haile has been exceptional. She listens well, shares advice and treatment instructions in a manner easy to understand, demonstrates empathy for your situation and is very thorough. Highly recommend her and SA Urology.
