As my hearing has diminished significantly in the past year, It would be fair to say that I've made several trips to the Iowa Ear Center for care. First of all, there is ample parking out front, and once inside you notice the facility is very clean. Now for the office of Dr. Emily Goetz. From the moment I walk into the office, I am greeted by a very pleasant staff member at the desk. Dr. Goetz is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to discuss everything with us and truly made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. We also found the entire experience with the staff terrific, from scheduling, re-arranging an appointment, and having additional service performed on the spot. Overall very pleased with Iowa Ear, an excellent professional office in our community.
