Unfortunately Dr. Franks has completely dropped the ball when handling my fathers oncology case. We have scans that have not been read in I’ve 4 months, a chemo order that she claims won’t change for 12 months, scans haven’t been ordered to follow up on new growth areas. She started by telling my father 6 months of chemo then radiation, at our 5 month appointment my father walked in and said ‘28 more days’ and she said ‘until what?’ She didn’t even know her own plan. Dr Franks is my friend Lous oncologist. We never have to wait before seeing her. She is an expert in treatments, and she is also very kind. She answers question and seems to care about her patients. A very good oncologist.
