I am a new patient and I arrived a few minutes late due to trying to find the new location in a new city. I waited over a month for an appointment. When I arrived the receptionist had me fill out paperwork and sign electronic forms and took my copay. Within 10 minutes after everything was completed the receptionist informed me that I was late and had to reschedule. She told me that the doctor was not available for another month. Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to her patients. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new PCP to try her out!
I do not recommend this dr. She would not work with my insurance and continuously charged for what should have been covered by insurance. Stay away
