Emily is very talented. As a working mom of 3, she's helping me achieve am overall toned physique! I'm very pleased and highly recommend! Every session is strategically curated and compliments all muscles. I haven't been disappointed yet. Get your fitness on with an awesome trainer!

We love Emily!! I have trained with Emily for years and now my whole family trains with her. Years ago I sought out Emily to really help me get motivated and fit as a working Mom with two toddlers. I have since achieved many personal goals, to include losing over 50 lbs, with her continued support and physically challenging workouts which now leave us all feeling great! She has been a tremendous fitness role model to all of us.

I had twelve sessions with Emily, and it was the most pleasant butt-kicking I've ever had! :D Emily is so knowledgeable and motivating, and I worked out so much harder than I ever did on my own. Also, having her come to my house 3 days per week was a great way to establish a workout habit -- I couldn't skip a workout when she was coming to She's also just a fun person, and even though I was terribly out of shape, I looked forward to our workouts. I have been training with Emily for about 4 years. She is an amazing trainer. She is dedicated to her clients and tailors the session to what I need. If we have to miss a session she will text me a workout! Emily is relaxed and funny but still is able to motivate me to finish my workout. I look forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays. I even have muscles in my arms now!!!!
