Very unprofessional when you sit it the waiting room obviously sick and have to listen to the reception area ranting and cussing over something to do with their job. Like cancer patients need positivity not discouragement. I bet any patient in the waiting area would trade places with them in a heartbeat.
Pharmacy taking a week and a half to fill meds Dr set appointment then have to wait 1 hour past appointment time to even be called back blood work set for 9:30 am then have to set for 3 hours in waiting room for next appointment bs
I've been receiving treatments here twice a year since 2018. I've complained about the recliners being uncomfortable to try and sleep in for my 6hr treatment each time I've been there. When I was there today as a patient, I was asked how far back I want my recliner to go. I asked them, "how far back do they go?" The recliners become completely flat, like a cot. They just need to be pulled a bit further away from the wall. I have never seen one of their recliners fully flat. They are far more comfortable for sleeping in this ... read more
