Her medical assistant is useless, you will never get your prescriptions refilled. I’m forced to find a new primary care doctor.
Worst experience ever! Staff has a “I don’t care attitude “ and I don’t care to ever come back here ever! Dr. C was ok but that doesn’t excuse your team’s behavior. The Fish rots from the head down so the blame is equal as far as I am concerned.
My experience with Dr Emily has been absolutely perfect. She listens, she orders the correct tests and her and the staff there have just been great. The lady behind the check out window could speak up a bit but that’s my only complaint. I wonder why you have to go back to the lobby to check out why not in the inner counter as you leave your room?
Dr. Emily has changed my 4 year old daughter’s life. She made the necessary changes to manage my daughter’s asthma. She is competent, kind and always has our best interest at heart. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Her staff goes out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable. As a mother, I feel heard and supported. Thank you for all you do!
