I love Dr Chao for my children, she is kind, considerate and compassionate towards them. She takes the time needed to get to know them and let them feel validated. We truly appreciate her.
Dr. Chao is the best doctor in town! She's always kind and makes me feel at ease. She always manages to put a smile on my face as well. I hope UHS knows they have probably the best doctor in the city working for them.
Dr. Chao is a wonderful doctor. I had some health issues which had me end up going to Roswell Park in Buffalo. When Dr. Chao walked through the door, she pulled up a chair next to me and said tell me what happened. She listened to me and her care and concern came through. There are three things I like to see in a doctor: first, is skill and knowledge, a good bedside manner and a plus is a sense of humor. Dr. Chao has all three. I can’t say enough about her. I highly recommend her.
