I had an excellent experience with Dr. Caster. I never felt rushed during our appointments and I feel like I’m finally getting the attention that I need. I highly recommend Dr. Caster as a neurophysiologist in the Norther Virginia area.
I spent months waiting to have an appointment with Caster. Her employment ended a week before my appointment. No explanation, no effort to accommodate with another member of the practice. Wildly unprofessional. I would never use her.
Dr Caster was great but billing is horrible. Received a bill from lifestance that doesn’t make any sense. Left multiple messages for the billers to call back but never received a call back.
