Emily was extremely helpful. I only saw her a handful of times, but she gave me the tools necessary to tackle my anxiety.
Emily is an amazing counselor. She balances a depth of expertise with a very warm and relatable interpersonal style. I worked with Emily for two years and she helped me tremendously with my mood, anxiety/depression, family stuff, and some huge life transitions. I would not be as healthy and stable of a person as I am today without Emily.
