Wonderful and caring staff. I was seen right away, attended to and checked on frequently and always kept informed as to the next steps. Best urgent care I've received.
I was having severe allergic reaction and was a mess. We drove up and they had me in there quickly and hooked up to I.v's within minutes. Everyone was really nice. The doctor was great! There was hardly anyone in the waiting room. It's also really clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Very Friendly and fast. I think the biggest challenge will be it is an emergency room not urgent care and the co-pay is pretty high for some people.. I think my bill will also be quite a bit higher than urgent care for a bruised muscle.
People friendly, fast service, nurses and doctor were professional, clean facility.
We were greeted immediately and the wait for an ER was not long. The nursing staff is friendly and very good at their job. The doctor was exceptional in his knowledge and his bedside manners. We were only there for a bit over one hour (in and out) and we will recommend the ER to all.
Had to take my daughter in today and it wasn't the first thing I wanted to do age ter a long 8.5 hour drive home from California so to see a empty waiting room was a nice treat. There was several ladies/rn treating my daughter and we were in and out in less then 30 mins. Very nice experience
I received wonderful care and it was fast as well as very friendly. The entire staff, from the front desk to the doctor were great. Nobody wants to got to the hospital and spend all day receiving treatment so I would recommend Arizona General to treat your needs with great care and service. It was a good experience I would highly recommend to others.
The speed and efficiency of the staff was superb! I was seen within 5 minutes, and received the results from a CT scan within an hour. Excellent care.
They moved very fast. Unlike most hospitals where you're waiting forever an sometimes feel forgotten. Dignity makes you feel welcome, and the staff are extremely nice and caring. Thank you for your service. -Heather Powers
