Both My parents go to this facility. Neither can see. I’m their caregiver. I asked the Doctor to sign an application acknowledging Their lack of sight to get a handicap parking pass for when I drive them to doctors appointments. The Dr refused. According MVA website, Blindness has to be confirmed by their licensed optometrist. I explain this, but the doctor’s office still refused, saying my parents can’t drive.
