My Dr faxed the first referral 4/7/26. I called 3-4 d later for an appointment,left a message. I was informed they would call me when they received it. A Week later I requested another referral, my Dr let me know they faxed a second referral 4/14/26. No phone call. I left a message retain appointment, no return phone call. Today is 4/24/26 still no phone call. Very frustrating.
Dr Speer is an excellent surgeon supported by a competent office and nursing staff. She is patient, thorough and friendly. I am recovering well from recent surgery she performed; the surgery was successful and results are just what I had hoped for.
I really felt heard by Dr. Speer, she took the time to listen carefully and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed or like she was trying to move on to the next patient. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.
