Great experience! They got me right in as soon as i walked in the door, i wasnt even in the store for maybe 20 minutes while they mounted and balanced 2 tires,, overall will definitely be coming back in the future
I had bad brake pads and was doing a road trip. These guys are legit. The prices are very very fair and they handled my car with great care and I would 100% come here again.
I was in such a bind. I was in Carlsbad traveling when I got a flat tire. The front desk lady, Adriana, was super helpful. Nicest lady I’ve met. She really helped calm my nerves in such a difficult situation.
I had a really disappointing experience because of the front desk staff. The woman working there was unnecessarily rude from the moment I walked in. She barely acknowledged me, spoke in a rude tone, and seemed irritated by simple questions. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there.
