Costumer service here is no good.Stay clear from this tire shop..
I went in to have a valve stem replaced on a tire I had already removed from the vehicle. I was quoted $25. After it was completed they argued the quote was $35. Shame on me for not getting it in writing, shame on them for being dishonest. I decided to go to a small shop since they weren’t very busy, but I won’t be back.
Fast, easy and nice customer service.
I visited this location about two weeks ago to have my sensors reprogrammed, and unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by an extremely unprofessional incident. While I was being helped, a man who appeared to be the manager or owner arrived in a dark gray Jeep and began aggressively yelling at one of the employees — right in front of me and my brother .
