My mother sustained several fractures in a fall, was treated in the hospital by Dr. Musso's Nurse Practitioner, RoAnna Klingman, and were told to follow up with Dr. Musso in the office, but his staff refused an appointment because she is not a patient. She was treated as their patient during the hospital stay, she should have been followed up on in office. The time to refuse treatment would have been in hospital, when we could have found someone else who'd follow up later. Unprofessionalstaff
