Emilia recently did the hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids & my mother in my recent wedding this past weekend. She did an absolutely fabulous job, everyone looked beautiful, and had the looks that they wanted! From the original communication, to the trial, to the day of, everything was smooth and nothing short of professional. Terrible customer service. Instead of being helpful, I got a lecture about how inconvenient it would be for her to show up, plus a pile of extra fees for travel, early start, and even a hotel I’d have to book. To top it off, she basically told me to “find someone local if I’m on a tight budget.” Extremely unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive. Brides deserve way better than this attitude.

I worked with Emilia for my wedding and was absolutely blown away by her kindness, professionalism and communication throughout the whole process. As part of my service we did a hair and makeup trial that allowed me to test out my look for engagement photos which turned out so well! She also did my sister/cousin's hair on the wedding day, and they looked incredible! My sister also has rosacea and her skin looked stunning!
