I recently had my consultation appointment with Dr. Banisad. I found her to be exceptionally thorough and professional. She did not rush our appointment and was sure to answer all my questions. I very much liked her medical assistant Janine, also. She is very friendly and helpful and kind.
Unfortunately my appt with this doctor was upsetting. I did not feel heard or understood. I tried to explain what was happening and had happened but she was skeptical and therefore gave me the sense that she did not believe me and that was frustrating. My previous rheumatologist notes were available but this doctor said she needed more. I had to stop my medication due to a severe reaction and I am no closer to getting help and am still in pain. Rudest doctor I have ever been in my 61 years. I would never recommend her to anyone especially if your elder she basically acted like everything was in my head and kept telling me I needed to go back to my other doctor so obviously she didn’t care for me as a new patient. Office is dirty and she is very unfriendly but she’ll give you a big hi how are you when you go in the office she doesn’t really care. Very fake
