They rented me a 75000± mile vehicle which was filthy, had cigarette burns and ash all over the console and seats. The tires were in poor condition resulting in a blow out while on the highway. When I returned the vehicle as agreed my deposit was not returned. The owner claimes that I or someone else had been smoking in the vehicle. I do not smoke and neither does my dog who traveled with me. I understand this is a common practice at this location.
