A long time patient of this office in Wake Forest, my refill request was declined. I called for an appt and Dr. Keterpal was booked until late May. That was 4+ months out. I called the WF office directly where no one answers, left detailed messages explaining the situation twice with No Response. I called an 4th time in mid January and left a detailed message for Maria the office manager. It’s been 4 weeks and NO reply, No refill and No call back. Now mid Feb still No Return call back. This is crazy!!
