A long time patient of this office in Wake Forest, my refill request was declined. I called for an appt and Dr. Keterpal was booked until late May. That was 4+ months out. I called the WF office directly where no one answers, left detailed messages explaining the situation twice with No Response. I called an 4th time in mid January and left a detailed message for Maria the office manager. It’s been 4 weeks and NO reply, No refill and No call back. Now mid Feb still No Return call back. Very knowledgeable and explained things well.
Three years ago I was diagnosed with prostrate cancer. And that word scares the hell out of you. Then we meet Dr Kheterpal and it seemed to make it easier to go through. Dr. K and his staff are wonderful to work with during this very hard time. But three years later they are still doing that. I feel lucky to have Dr Kheterpal do my surgery. I had put all my faith in my God and Dr. K.
