Dr. Wassef treated my husband for 8 years before he succumbed to cancer and the resulting complications. During those years I was always felt he went beyond the distance personally and professionally which is very important to me. He was up-to-date in the latest treatments for what ailed my husband (I always double-checked with the Internet and a friend who was a doctor of oncological research) and helped us get through a very hard time. His nurse was also available to answer our questions and make hard matters easier.
