Emika succeeded in selling my elderly parents home even if at times their expectations seemed unreasonable. She was patient, accommodating, detail oriented, and followed through with every questions or concerns we had. She is very knowledgeable and she was excellent at educating us on the process of selling their home. She took a lot of time to make sure we understood all the details. If I could review Emika as a 6/5 I would. She was absolutely amazing in helping us purchase our home. We were working with a very challenging seller on a house that required a lot of various vendors so give us quotes and perform work before closing. Emika was incredibly communicative and gracefully coordinated with not only the sellers agents but also all of the vendors, inspector, lender, appraiser, etc. She made what would have been a very stressful buying experience manageable. I would recommend her to anyone!
