Unprofessional and shady. Wouldn't take my car where I wanted to go so my insurance had to take it from them. Kept trying to tell me my car was being salvaged when it wasn't.
Tom is a great man. Met him yesterday due to mistake I had made. However, I’m not glad I got stuck but I am glad to have met up with him. He restored my faith in the fact that there are still a lot of good people out there. After speaking with him I found he’s a man of great morals and is a big supporter or non profit organizations. Don’t hesitate to contact them, you’ll be glad you did.
