To preface: I have a 2012 GTI and I love my car. It is the second car I have owned, and the second one I've bought on my own. In February of 2024, I brought my car to Emich for a routine oil change. Kiefer told us to come in at 930a for what sounded like pickup of the vehicle we were trying to lease. He was in contact with the financial department and gave us the impression everything was a go only for us to find out at 930 that he was just now sending the email. I guess he expected us to just sit with him at his desk and wait for a reply.
