I had an appt at 9:30 am to have the recall done for the seat bolts and there was no line at all. It took over 2.5hrs while I was waiting, which is unacceptable. I also had them check my tire and there was a nail but they did not add the appropriate psi. I talked to Jeremy the mgr and found out they didn't get my car in until much later.
