I brought my car to this service center because I was experiencing reduced power and a shuddering sensation when accelerating. I clearly explained the issue, and they assured me they would check it. I had a wonderful experience working with Jessica Harvey. I came to her in a tough situation, given I had a less than a year old Tesla, but did not feel comfortable keeping it or continuing to drive it. Jessica, as well as her manager at Emich Kia, met me with empathy and fairness -- something I had not been able to find with other car brands, especially in this climate. I like the fact that their service dept. videos what's up with your car, but their process is confusing at best. Kia offers suggested maintenance packages based on mileage and you select one of those to get service. But, then when you go to get the package, the svc. dept picks and chooses what they want to do from the package. It seems arbitrary at times.
