They have been extremely difficult to work with. Claims are routinely denied automatically, followed by requests for information that was already included in the original supporting documentation. This has occurred multiple times without resolution. In addition, I contacted customer support on separate occasions to confirm whether a specific procedure was covered and received conflicting information from different representatives.
