I just got off the phone with Alexa, who made sense of several dentist bills. She listened and. helped me resolve issues from a dentist that was in network. Their coverage is very good and the communication is excellent. I would highly recommend EMI health!

The communication was excellent, and all of my concerns were addressed.
Very bad insurance company. Paid for 2 years, used it once and even that claim was denied. Missed my bill in January this year, got the February bill, paid it in full, (Jan + Feb 2026) they cashed the check and sent me a cancellation notice with no possibility of reinstatement! Insurance is already a scam but EMI is rewriting the book of rules to make it even more of a scam. STAY CLEAR OF EMI INSURANCE!!!
