No following your appointments scheduled time. I had to wait over 30 minutes, despite my appointment was meant to be at 12.30pm. Do not recommend this place at all
Fantastic service. I have extremely bad needle phobia and the radiologist and doctor who administered my cortisone injection were great. They did a brilliant job at both explaining what my issue was and best course of action to improve my injury and make the procedure as easy as they could for me. They are also quite a bit cheaper than a lot of other imaging places.
Reception staff were friendly and the Irish female sonographer was awesome - really appreciate the extra effort she took to avoid me having to reschedule
Everyone treated me particularly well here. I’ve had a lot of X-rays/ultrasounds in my life, but I don’t think I’ve ever felt compelled to write a review due to the great service of an imaging business. The German technician (I think her name was Mila) went above & beyond with my ultrasound (which I didn’t even think was possible). She brought a doctor into the room to offer an expert opinion to my questions who also suggested I get an x-ray.
