It really does bother me that after almost 2 weeks, when part of my order showed up damaged and the half never arrived and I was told that I had to go after UPS and that it was out of EMI’s hands. I paid for good new parts, and I have not received any good new parts and now I’m being told to order and pay for all new parts, but I should have perfect new rollers and bearings. EMI had the exact vacuum gripper cups we needed on an overnight priority ship basis and we got our robot back up and running in record time. Thanks to your whole team for knocking it out of the park for us. Customer service matters so much and the team at EMI not only knows what their job is, but they took it very seriously when we had to get it right, and right on time. 10/10 will buy from EMI Corp again in the future.
