FABULOUS Customer Service. Chris suspected that the problem with my 1990's Karioke machine was gunk built up around the volume button. While my machine was not one they could repair he was willing to try a quick possible fix that fixed the problem. He was accomodating, and thoughtful. I will be trusting my electronic needs and repairs to EMI.
