I had surgery today and everyone was super nice and attentive. My nurse Marie was so wonderful. This is a great facility.
They are amazing,so welcoming the night staff was awesome and mad my vist go by fast every one was really friendly and I just loved talking to each and every one of them they actually took thier time and listened to what was wrong .always my go to place when I or a loved one is sick

Just an FYI... Access to the hospital after 7pm is only through the emergency room as the front door is locked unless you are leaving. I can only speak to the professionalism and kindness of the employees on the 5th, 9th, and 11th floors but they are all amazing. It seems lately that most areas are understaffed so wait times are kind of long in the ER. We had to wait nearly 3-5 hrs to be seen.
What can I say. They are good about drawing blood. This was not for this Dr, but for the lab. Not sure what happened there.
