I was sent to EMG London for a test. I had fear going in as I heard it was a painful test. Lili was so friendly, and reassuring to make it not a bad experience. She brought humor to the situation and listend to my concerns. Thank you Lili
I have never been to an office that was so welcoming. The staff here are amazing. The secretary is super friendly and helpful with trying to accommodate appointments. Jose who does my injections is fabulous. Great personality,professional and so knowledgeable. Dr Lacerte is nothing but professional, knowledgeable and also so friendly. I have never been to an office where all the staff and the treatment is a solid “10”❤️ Keep up the great work !!
