The technician was short and curt with me when I requested to stop the procedure because I was unable to deal with the amount of pain I was experiencing from the electrical current when I had to contract my muscle. I was made to feel like I was a waste of her time.

I have never been to an office that was so welcoming. The staff here are amazing. The secretary is super friendly and helpful with trying to accommodate appointments. Jose who does my injections is fabulous. Great personality,professional and so knowledgeable. Dr Lacerte is nothing but professional, knowledgeable and also so friendly. I have never been to an office where all the staff and the treatment is a solid “10”❤️ Keep up the great work !!
