How is this company supposed to protect me when they can't even find my account in the system. Service has been terrible. I keep trying to call and cancel and they just transfer me around non stop. Go with ADT.
EMG used to be a very good reputable Alarm Company. i have had them for many 10 years. EMG was recommended to me by a good friend who had them monitor his home and three (3) more commercial stores./offices. I also referred many friends and family to them, until they were sold to Alert 360 or Central Security Group(CSG).
