Impossible to get a hold of someone! All extensions go to voicemail and they don’t call you back. My first mortgage payment is due in April, and I have not received anything from them either via mail or otherwise. Even the operator does not work. Avoid this mortgage company if possible.
Tina, Caroline, and Hazel are the dream-team! We have great faith in their abilities as lenders, and we highly recommend their services for prompt, efficient service. You will not be disappointed!
So easy to talk to and professional. Knowing their loan products is definitely a plus but I was mainly looking for their communication ability with my clients and if they were able to look out for my clients' best interest and they have nailed it!
