From my first frantic phone call to walking in. The staff was wonderful and so incredibly friendly. They handled all my concerns with compassion. I have never had to take a hamster to the vet before, and the staff made it so easy.

I took my blue gold macaw here for a check up and everything, I remember signing this paper if something happened to him when he got his check up, or sedating him, which I understand, but it kind of felt forced on me to sign it or they wouldn't check him, so anyway I signed it, and they took him in a back room away from me so I couldn't see him, I felt uncomfortable not being able to see him and not knowing what was happening, they came back said he looked good, but I remember birds can hide their illnesses and I got him fro... read more
